Refund & Exchange Policy

At Nachar Outlet, we take pride in offering 100% original shoes. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.


Refunds

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds on sold items.

  • Once an order is confirmed and delivered, it cannot be returned for a refund under any circumstance.


Exchanges

We do offer exchanges under the conditions below.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • The item must be returned with:

    • Original box

    • Tags

    • All original accessories (if applicable)


Accepted Exchange Reasons

  • Size issues

  • Model change (subject to availability)

  • Manufacturing defect (after inspection)


Exchanges Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The item has been worn, used, or damaged.

  • The original packaging is missing or damaged.

  • The request is made after the exchange period.

  • The item was marked as final sale / clearance (if applicable).


Exchange Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or customer support within the exchange period.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for exchange.

  3. Once approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.

  4. Exchanges are processed after the returned item is inspected.


Shipping Fees

  • Exchange shipping fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility, unless the exchange is due to an error from our side.


Additional Notes

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, store credit may be offered at our discretion.

  • Nachar Outlet reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the above conditions.
